Limited three-year warranty

Eric Welch Painting LLC provides a three-year warranty and maintenance agreement for all interior and exterior painting. We will provide labor required to prepare and touch-up areas where paint failure, including chipping , occurs due to a workmanship error. This warranty is contingent upon receipt of full payment, as billed, for the work that was completed. Customer will pay for all materials used to perform the repairs. The warranty excludes coating failure due to rot, mold or water damage of any kind, acts of nature, insect or pet damage, previous coating failure or abuse, repeated abrasion and all surfaces painted with customer supplied material. This warranty excludes all stained or painted horizontal deck and railing surfaces. Slight fading of bright or deep colors over time is normal and is not considered paint failure.
